CreaBev® is a patented form of creatine monohydrate stabilised in solution. This allows you to take a liquid creatine supplement in which creatine remains stable for a long time.
500 mg L-Glutamine
Glutamine is an amino acid that you can make yourself (non-essential). It is a building block for proteins and a fuel for white blood cells, among other things. Animal products and specifically whey and casein protein are rich in glutamine.
