Orders & shipping
How long do orders take to arrive?
Orders ship within one business day from our California fulfillment partner. Domestic ground delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Expedited options are offered at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipping are on our roadmap — write to us if your region is on it and we will note your interest.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking the moment your package leaves the warehouse. If 48 hours have passed since your order and you have not received it, check your spam folder, then write to hello@exuberantbeing.com.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. Domestic orders over $75 ship free.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
If a product arrives damaged or you are unhappy with it, write to us within 30 days of delivery. Unopened items can be returned for a full refund. Opened items: we offer a one-time satisfaction refund per household for any product you genuinely tried and disliked. We pay return shipping in both cases.
We do not require photos of the damaged item or proof of disappointment. We take your word for it.
What if my order is missing or damaged?
Write to hello@exuberantbeing.com with your order number. We will replace or refund — your choice — without back-and-forth.
Products & sourcing
Where are your products manufactured?
Every product in the catalogue is manufactured in a facility certified for current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). Most are made in the United States; a small number of Ayurvedic-tradition formulations are produced in India by partners we have worked with for years. The country of origin is disclosed on each product page.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent lab for identity, purity, and potency. Heavy-metals testing is performed on every botanical SKU. Certificates of Analysis are available on request — write to hello@exuberantbeing.com with the lot number printed on your bottle.
Do you use proprietary blends?
No. Every active ingredient and its dose is printed on the label, in full. We refuse proprietary blends because they hide the math from the reader.
Are your products vegan? Gluten-free? Allergen-safe?
Each product page lists its specific dietary profile and allergen disclosures. Most of the catalogue is vegan and gluten-free; a few formulations contain ghee, marine collagen, or other animal-derived ingredients, and these are labeled clearly.
How do you decide what to carry?
Six months of personal use by our editors is the minimum bar. We evaluate against modern clinical literature and against rasayana — the Ayurvedic science of rejuvenation. The reasoning behind each product is written up on the corresponding Journal entry. If a product cannot survive both tests, it does not enter the catalogue.
Verity certificates
What is the Verity Verified badge on Journal articles?
Every Journal article carrying the Verity Verified badge has had its citations, sources, and final published text hashed and recorded on an independent verification ledger. Click the certificate link on any verified article to see the underlying record — the publication date, the editorial chain of custody, and links back to every cited source.
It is not a marketing badge. It is an editorial commitment that the text you are reading has not been quietly altered after publication.
What happens if you correct an article?
Corrections are dated and visible at the top of the article. The original Verity-verified record remains accessible. We will not silently edit an article into being right.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
You choose a cadence (4, 6, or 8 weeks) at checkout. We ship automatically on that schedule and you save 10%.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
From your account page, in one click. No phone call, no chat widget, no “are you sure” sequence. You can also write to hello@exuberantbeing.com and we will do it for you.
Can I skip a shipment?
Yes — skip the next shipment, delay it by a week, or adjust the cadence entirely. All from the account page.
Health & safety
Are these statements evaluated by the FDA?
No. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The Journal is editorial writing about wellness and the science of healthy aging — it is not medical advice.
Should I talk to my doctor before taking these?
Yes — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or managing a chronic condition. Several botanicals in the catalogue interact meaningfully with common medications. Your physician is in a much better position than we are to weigh those interactions.
What is your refund policy if something causes a reaction?
Full refund, no questions, regardless of how much you have used. Write to hello@exuberantbeing.com and we will refund the order and add the ingredient to your account so it is filtered out of future recommendations.

Who are the editors?
We are a small team — clinicians, biochemists, an Ayurvedic practitioner, and writers. We publish anonymously on purpose. The reasoning is laid out on the About page.
